Webhosting + hardware

Hi everyone, I would like to do a better performance for my adult tube site and that is why I am here today. I want to advise what hosting to choose and what hardware. I will be happy for any info.

I have an adult tube site
Traffic 100,000 per month
I have 1000 webmasters and models uploading their videos to me and it's still growing
I need the main performance to process the videos that I send so that the web site does not slow down.
I need to convert 200-400 videos a day

Can you recommend webhosting and server solution? Thank you.

I mean its simple really. Just use a dedicated server that has like 8 cores. it can easily handle couple million a month - source my own sites.
 

converting 200-400 videos a day is only possible if you get like 10-20 low core VPS servers.

Hey, little correction here.

I was able to do 400 tasks a day, and since I use semi-video processing, each video makes 4 tasks for me per video so that's 100 videos a day with 10 small vps
