My site is completely offline and my tickets have been ignored for hours...maybe have a automation update? Please note that you performed update incorrectly and we had 2 warnings about this. 1) Warning in the update plugin: 2) Warning on the forum update instruction page: There is no way KVS can protect from using sync function in your FTP client, like KVS cannot prevent you from just deleting all KVS files. Luckily, this happened only few times and luckily in your case the one who did this noticed something wrong and stopped deleting files.
