Dynamic meta-description for tags?

We're doing an SEO push for our site, using Ahrefs, one of the issues that arises is each tag page is a duplicate meta description.

Is there any way to make this dynamic, somehow added in the tag page name into the meta description?

Above is an example. So this is the same for every tag, while it doesn't matter for ranking, it can matter for CTR on search engines. The problem is since I have so many tags (12k+ tags) every tag has the same description. It would be nice to be able to make the meta property dynamic so that I could include the tag page name in the description such as:

<meta property="og:description" content="(DOMAIN) is only adfree streaming video website to watch your favorite (TAG NAME), camgirl cumshows, and teen homemade porn.">

On Index page you would normally write some static text there, describing your site or whatever you think may be useful for your SEO. When a list page is displayed by category or tag or search, you should normally show different texts for different categories or tags or search requests to have better SEO coverage. You can do that with using tokens, that will be replaced by some data from category, tag and etc.

 

So as a result you should set the following text value into html.videos_by_tag_description text:

(DOMAIN) is only adfree streaming video website to watch your favorite %tag%, camgirl cumshows, and teen homemade porn.

More over, you can use some other tokens, including random words from the given set of words, all of this you can find in the mentioned article.
