Tech Support
Do you mean this URL returns 403 error in your site?
Evgen
There is no 403 error. Access is simply denied. If you log in as a webmaster, you can download.
Tech Support
What do you see when you open it in browser? Is there an error message with some texts? Is your site deactivated in admin panel? E.g. Settings -> Website settings -> Deactivate website. If it deactivated, then only those logged in as admin can access any frontend pages, including sitemap. Evgen
The site is working. As far as I understand, this may be the result of third-party code.
Tech Support
I think you have mixed up with Sitemap page options in KVS admin which resulted in it being not accessible for public. Please go to Website UI -> Pages search for Sitemap page and open its editor. Check this option, it may be set to something else: If it is not set, them please create support ticket for us to have a look.
