Domain - any registrator (Google, Fozzy, Namecheap, etc)

Hosting - any vps hosting (liteserver.nl, oneprovider.com)

OS - Debian or Ubuntu

WEB Panel - https://fastpanel.direct

FFMPEG - sudo apt install ffmpeg

other settings must be done in the panel and console (for example, php modules and nginx configuration options)

I can help with this for a small fee

I used to be a very newbie like you, now is just a little bit better, thanks to self-learning and self-explore, many tests and fails, I don't remember how many times I create new vps and install nginx, php, ffmpeg, like everything kvs needs to run, I keep googling and searching on this kvs forum, I only create a topic to ask when I spent hours and hours finding solution but no clue, you can see in my profile how many questions I asked, it's quite alot, so if you don't try to self-learn you can't be a pro from kvs, it will takes your time, actually alot of time to spend especially you don't have many experience before

I'm still in learning-curve stage because I'm a slow learner to be honest, but I made a site and it's working, still no users visit at all, it takes time to finding which ways to works and to build efficiently

There's no easy way or shortcut to success

For a shortcut, you can use my script :p.

Of course, there's no substitute for learning how to do things yourself. However, I've specialized in IT, both academically and personally. I've been involved in system administration since my early teens, and there's always more to learn. Naturally, it all depends on your starting level and how much time you're willing to invest.

I have a well-rounded skill set for running a website, but sometimes I wish I was more proficient in other areas like marketing. In summary, if you're genuinely interested in setting everything up by yourself (which I recommend), you should check out my script and NGINX configurations to ensure a secure environment for KVS.

Otherwise, consider hiring someone specialized in devops who can set it all up for you. However, do note, depending on the nature of your video site, if it contains adult content, I wouldn't recommend hosting providers that have restrictions on such content. Always factor that into your infrastructure planning and organize accordingly. For instance, Cloudflare is essential. It serves as a reverse-proxy CDN and will protect the exposed part of your site. However, you might need more than just that. :)

I think more efficient and more cheaper are Contabo.com. To them is more cheap
VPS ( https://contabo.com/en/vps/
STORAGE VPS ( https://contabo.com/en/storage-vps/
Outlet Servers ( https://contabo.com/en/server-outlet/)

Huge NO for Contabo!!

All their IP ranges are blacklisted - the systems will not be able to send out quality emails. This will be possible only if you use 3rd party email solutions.

This is a the price of email marketers abusing Contabo's offer, and Contabo ignoring the spammer presence.

Contabo now is mostly used by crypto industry, in particular, masternode hosting (no email services are needed).

It's not true, I've been working with Contabo for more than 2 years and I've never had problems with servers or emails, out of 6 IPs, not one is on the blacklist. I don't know to whom these things happen, it didn't happen to me.
And yes, there are also people who have never used Contabo's services, but they heard from somewhere or someone that it is bad, and they pass on erroneous information...

You can also add accept bitcoin as a payment to some sites (more about this is written in the article here ).However, you might need more than just that. :)

For those who may not have the time or expertise to set up everything themselves, hiring a specialized devops professional could be a viable option. However, it's essential to consider factors like hosting provider restrictions, especially if the site contains adult content. Utilizing services like Cloudflare can provide an added layer of security and protection for the site.

Overall, your insights provide valuable guidance for individuals looking to set up and manage their websites effectively.
