NeedHelpWithKVS
Trying to use videos from bunny.net as well as doodstream, and this is the error message I receive.
Tech Support
You should provide a video file URL, not the player URL. As far as I know streaming services protect their video file URLs, so you can't hotlink them or provide as a downloadable link to KVS. These are the options I have when trying to embed/upload video to my KVS site but not of them are working and I keep getting Error #9. I am using doodstream.com So how would I go about uploading videos from this site?Ok,
NeedHelpWithKVS
I have even used another service that provides file link URL and it gave me the same error. Error (9) 09 - Source file error Invalid video after downloading remote file
NeedHelpWithKVS
Also, how do you edit uploaded videos, I do not see an option to do so.
Tech Support
Please provide an example link. As far as I know these services do not provide links to direct video files, likely they provide a like to some page where you can download. This is not the same as video file URL. Video file URL is something you can open in browser and see native browser video player: https://kvs-demo.com/test/test.mp4 15 hours ago, NeedHelpWithKVS said: Also, how do you edit uploaded videos, I do not see an option to do so. You can edit videos in Videos section in admin panel.
