Tech Support Posted May 10, 2021 Share Posted May 10, 2021 Please reset your superadministrator username and password by using the password reset script: http://kernel-scripts.com/files/reset_admin_password.zip You will need to copy the PHP file from this archive to your site's root folder and run this script from the web: http://domain.com/reset_admin_password.php After that, your username and password will be reset to admin / 123.
