So i did reboot to the vps server but now all data is vanished i don't know why and how. How to apply restore? I have project backup file how to apply this restore? Tech Support Posted December 26, 2023 Share Posted December 26, 2023 KVS backup is not intended for full site restore, as it contains limited set of data (no video files, no screenshot files). If your data is vanished, you should first confirm that with your hosting support, because it is not possible that data will disappear after server reboot. Either you don't understand the issue and all the data is there, but your server configuration was changed so that it can't display it correctly, or your server HDD failed, and you will anyway need to talk to your hosting company about server disk replacement.
