Evgen Posted October 17, 2023 Share Posted October 17, 2023 Hello. After successfully processing a large import feed, there were videos with various errors. In folders of the same name with the video id, large tmp files remained after processing erroneous videos. I expected them to be deleted after deleting the tasks associated with them. But it didn't happen. Now some of the folders on the storage servers have video files and screenshots, and some have only large tmp files in their contents. The question is will they be deleted by themselves using other KVS background tasks , or do I need to write a script to process them ? Tech Support Posted October 18, 2023 Share Posted October 18, 2023 Deleting tasks will not delete temporary video files, as KVS thinks tasks could be deleted by mistake. In order to delete them please delete videos in error status. Deleting videos will delete all files related to them. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
