Looking for someone to create a simple mobile app maybe?

Hi

  I'm juggling the idea of trying to get a mobile app created for use on Android first, and then maybe Apple-something similar to YouTube's mobile app that can be added to the app stores. Not looking for anything too fancy as I'm low budget and just starting out, but would like to add mobile convenience to the site instead of strictly the web interface. 

 If my site does become more successful, I intend to expand on this idea to install on the smart TV platforms and more as well if possible.
