Well, looks good in theory. I tried it on a playlist with 180 videos. The list looked perfect, but once inserted into the grabber it somehow came up showing 5880 videos...wth? Thanks for the try. Maybe with some trial and error I can get it to work. But right now I've already got probably several days of background tasks and processing several hundred videos and movies to complete yet before I can even sit down to edit, approve, and activate them all.

Thank you, I guess I'm lucky to be able to grab 96 at a time. This can be very labor intensive when a list may have 300 plus titles.

I recently started trying to grab more videos (public domain) from YouTube. Previously I could enter a playlist and download the complete list. Now with the newest version it seems I am limited to 96 videos. Is this something that changed with the grabber, or maybe a setting, or could it be something YouTube changed? Thanks!

Hi I'm juggling the idea of trying to get a mobile app created for use on Android first, and then maybe Apple-something similar to YouTube's mobile app that can be added to the app stores. Not looking for anything too fancy as I'm low budget and just starting out, but would like to add mobile convenience to the site instead of strictly the web interface. If my site does become more successful, I intend to expand on this idea to install on the smart TV platforms and more as well if possible. Thank you.

Browsing your theme section on the KVS site, and I'm intrigued by the upcoming Tube 2 theme. Looks a lot cleaner and possibly more user friendly. Is there an ETA on this theme, or any information on it such as differences from the basic theme? Secondly, guess I should ask if it's very difficult or even possible to change a theme on a functioning site. Thanks!

Hello, I am wondering if there is a direct link (such as http://www.MySite.com/???signup???) to access the signup page? This would be a great option I think for diverting users who click on my ads to actually create an account instead of just seeing the home page first. This would allow creation a nice emailing list to encourage visitors to come back or to contribute some content. Currently I get visitors, but zero sign ups. Thank you

Might be a silly question, but how do I set the correct time at the back end? My server time is correct, but the back end is 5 hours ahead and it's annoying to have my daily stats reset and offset my Google analytics readings which I need to compare. Thanks

I don't know how much content or bandwidth you have, but you may want to look into THG hosting. I got a nice dedicated bare metal server with 2TB SSD, gigabit service, and a good amount of bandwidth, plus all supporting software including CPanel for under $200/mo. They have exceptional support and helped me out a getting set up, which is saying a LOT since I've never set up a server like that, and was a total novice going in. They have plans to help small startups, and can upscale servers as needed. Since it's a dedicated server, I don't think there's any issue with adult content, but won't hurt to check.

This should be the final question on the topic. I did look for the file containing the ".Table" style, but can't seem to find it. Can you direct me to the correct location? If nothing else, it would make a good example to work from to create my own. Thanks

I am learning some very basic HTML coding (programming... :), but know very little about it, and basically nothing about CSS styling, since all this is still very new to me. Have had enough troubles doing my day job with machine logic, including multiple PLC programming languages, proprietary machine programming, and machine networks, yet I'm still trying to understand dos...LOL It will take some time to figure it all out, although I'm getting better and have been able to solve a lot of other issues I would not have been able to even 8 weeks ago. Hello, I've been trying to use the predefined ad spot for the playlist view 3 spot, and it appears the allotted sizes are too small for a Google responsive ad to appear, and size is defined by the "table". So my question is how can I either redefine this "table" to be a single or double position, same width, but long enough to have the ad spot. Second part is how would one go about using the "Add Spot" menu feature, for us non programmers? Thank you

I was finally approved today by Google to host their AdSense advertising, and was able to easily get their on page ads installed. But for the video ads on the player I'm at a loss. So I am wondering about the integration of the Google IMA SDK. Is this an option, or a possibility to integrate as it's needed to use their AdSense video advertising. At this time I don't have nearly the volume of users to justify a VAST license, and this may be my only option. Thank you, In my case this will work as I don't have a premium membership (at least at this point). But I am wondering if there may be an update eventually that a user can keep a private video so that only the user can see it in their uploads list, and not in any public list? This can be very useful for instances where a video may have issues with quality or meeting site guidelines that it could be kept on the site without deleting it while it is in question. Another possibility is where a video (or more than 1) may have problems with others such as Google advertising that does not allow certain content so that video(s) can be "hidden" until that round of advertising or site review may be over with and the video(s) can then be made public again. Honestly, my site has already run afoul of the censors and Google policies with only mild "R" rated content.

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to hide private videos from public display. Instead of showing up on the page with the "private" label, shouldn't they be hidden from view other than to the video owner in their list of uploads? Then it would only be accessible by direct link to anyone else only if the video owner decides to give it out. Perhaps the label should be "members only" for the current functionality, and have an actual "private" setting? Or is there another way to hide a video from public view in the listings without making it inactive? Thank you

Just wondering what the options will be for video advertising in the next release. What I would like to see is the option to not only have the current pre roll and post roll option, but also the option to insert video ads at selectable intervals, plus the option to skip ads after a selectable time such as 5 second intervals, plus the option to disable skipping on certain ads.

One thing I didn't see in this post that should be a simple add on and quite convenient. Currently the support button only sends a message that can only be retrieved from the admin home page when the admin happens to notice the alert. How about the option to send it to the designated company's email?

OK, I got it figured out and working pretty good. A few things I found out. The logo needs to be in the static/images file with the site header logo. The site header logo is going to be too small for Facebook requirements, or will be too big for the header. I uploaded the same upsized logo as Logo.png and found I needed to change the HTML OG code to reflect the different file, as I learned that Linux apparently is case sensitive when it comes to file names. I still have not found out how to make the nice fancy previews as seen in other online examples using Wordpress, but I'm happy with this for now even if it does sort of cut the top off the image a bit. Update: I did find the code in the include_header_general all the social media metadata that is already included, but it is still not working. I did update the logo.png to a larger size to meet minimum facebook size requirements.

Looking to use the facebook settings to get the nice link preview but not having any luck. Where do I need to place the code to be picked up correctly, and where would the logo image be placed and correct link to it as it has to be minimum 200x200 which is smaller than the page logo. On my site I am not using the Albums or Models option, and I would like to repurpose the buttons to link to my subdomains. Currently I have a forum, and eventually would like to add a digital storefront. This is assuming I activate the models or albums option so the buttons appear. So I guess this is a 2 part question. 1) How do I change the label on the button to read "Forum" or "Store" 2) Where do I access the code to redirect the button to forward to the new address, and what coding should be used?
