AMD cpu for website hosting server and for storage server vs intel.

is AMD cpu good for storage or for web hosting?

for example i find AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 
and i find Intel Xeon E3-1276v3 
intel cpu more expensive than AMD  and i read that intel is better
and and this site that i can see cpu ranking

i see that AMD Ryzen 7 3800X is in rank 200 and intel E3-1276v3 in rank 900 .
but the intel cpu price 900$  but AMD price is 250$ .

is AMD can be good for kvs streaming site and also is can be good to host 20tb videos ?

Hi,

Cpu is important, but there are no huge differences. The bottleneck will be the hdd speed, if you have a lot of traffic it is worth using a multi server.

I would choose the cheaper amd cpu to start with, then you switch in the future when you reach a higher traffic.
