Hi,
A good idea would be to add the option to add a description to the mass edit video, which could be something like <title> + <random tag set on the video>. At this moment, Google refuses to index any video that does not have a description.

I agree with @Duck
Design - the old one looks much better and much more functional. the old one was more responsive than this one.
Then the worst is the functionality.
The old one was simpler, lighter colors and very easy to use and much fasterAn example:
On the old version, ftp import everything takes a few seconds to import a 50GB video.
Now only scanning to the ftp folder sometimes takes 5 minutes, then another 1-3 minutes to import the selected video.on the new version the conversion is much worse than on the old version.
Before, it made a 20gb video in 2-3.5gb and the same clarity, now the video size is approximately the same and the video quality is a bit poor.A function has been removed and I don't understand why.
For every video in the admin panel, there was a video preview function, which now no longer exists.
For me at least it was very useful.In the admin panel, I think the most important thing is to maintain the functionality and less related to the design.

First of all, starting a KVS video hosting site on a VPS is a bad idea.
KVS is a video hosting platform, you don't need other platforms for that.If you want to use embed from other services, then there is no point in using a platform like KVS for such a thing, but a wordpress or any other embed script.

I recommend this configuration for a popular site. It also depends a lot on your budget.
Main server:
- cpu - as many cores as possible because many tasks are executed and you will see the difference.
- hdd - ssd or NVMe is recommended
- ram - as much as possible, I would recommend 128GB + another 128Gb Swap

It's just a suggestion. The ones from online.net also offer you a private chain that allows you to use it to communicate the servers with each other, without taking / consuming from the public bandwidth.
Server conversion
Here you can use servers or vps (see link below where this is discussed). It depends on the number of videos uploaded per day.
Configuration:
- cpu - as many cores as possible to make the conversion faster
- ram - minimum 32Gb ram for server
- storage space - It depends on the maximum size that you accept when uploading to the site.Here you can get cheaper if you only accept mp4 to upload. This saves a lot of resources and makes conversion much faster.
The problem with this is that you can't put the logo on the video, of course if that's something important to you.If you only choose mp4 then any 3 euro vps (3-5 vps) plus the conversion on the main server will work very well and fast.
Storage:
As much space as possible and it doesn't matter if it's ssd or not.
What is very important is the speed of the LAN. I recommend at least 500mbps FD per server.Here you can add a server for the first 3 locations where you have the most traffic.
Because the platform allows you to add servers per country, this can help you a lot.
Always look for offers that offer unmetered bandwidth traffic because otherwise you will get a pretty big bill.

Sometimes when you migrate or for various reasons it does not display any screenshots on the site.
See in the picture below.
If you have content organized in per channels or tags, it's easier to edit multiple videos at once.
In my case I had over 9000 videos that did not display screenshots on the site.
I checked on the site to see which user posted and if the videos are put in different channels or unique tag.The user in question had all the content divided into channels, which made my job easier.
1. Go to the video section
2. Then to the channel section
3. Search for the channel name
4. In the Videos tab you have the number of videos in this channel
5. Click pe numarul de sub videos
6. Acum iti va afisa toate video din acel canal
7. Scroll in jos si la sectiunea Batch actions alege Mass edit filtered Videos (numarul de video) and click Execute8. On the new page you can edit many things, but scroll down and check Re-create overview screenshots
9. Now click on Apply Changes
10. Depending on your server, it may take minutes or hours.When the process is finished on the site it should display everything ok.

Because I like this plugin and I think the team did a very good job, I thought I would make a short tutorial.
In this tutorial I will provide examples to see how it works or looks on the live site.What you need:
1. Wordpress installed on the host
2. Rank math plugin for instant index
3. A simple theme to support video post type
4. Minimum knowledge of php code editingI assume that you organize your content on KSV site on Channel, playlist, custom tag.
1. First we create the feed on KSV site
I make a feed for each channel. In this way I can import only the appropriate content on each site / domain.
- Title - name your feed
- External ID - Write something unique and without space
- Max limit - I do not recommend setting high values because if you are on a shared hosting the host will die immediately.
10 videos per hour I think is enough and this way you have no problems with the host.- Pasword - Do not use the password because the plugin will not work.
- Filters - in this case we filtered the content according to the channel and tag.
- Feed data - I have enabled Category and Tag to be imported with the plugin.
My plugin settings on the import site.
- KVS Feed url - Link to the feed you created in the step above. Or go to site.com/admin/videos_feeds_export.php
- KVS installation url - main url to your KSV
- Sync new video - It depends on each and especially the host. I chose every hour.
- Limit video - 10
- Create post type: If you want the imported video to appear on the site as a post, then you must choose POST and check the box.

I use {%title%} to have some text for google. This will print the title of the video.
Categorization - Import category and tag from feed.

Make the settings, go to KSV video and delete the imported video.
Then you import now and it will run on its own.Suggestions for the team:
1. Possibility to add unlimited number of feed links
2. the possibility to choose from the previously created categories
3. the ability to choose or create a special tag for that feed
4. the possibility for the feed to work with the password. It does not work at this time, it gives an error.
