Right but what I need is for trailers to be played for premium videos.

It's not based on if the user is a premium user but if the video is set to access level premium. Currently it displays screenshots with a call to action to become a premium member. I would like, if a trailer has been created for the video upload in question, to play the trailer; if a trailer has not been created then display the current template for premium videos that come with the default theme.

Please direct me to where in the settings I can set trailers to be played for a selected video that has access level set to premium if a trailer is available otherwise the standard timeline screenshot is to be displayed. Thank you.

Is there a limit to this request for example am I limited to pulling the username only or additional user fields can also be pulled, relationship status, gender, website, about me, and so on?

I need the grabbers specifically for Xhamster, Pornhub, and Xvideos to pull their verified users and their respective content(Embeds).

When using the Grabber Plugin I would also like to import the user as well. I do not see that as an option with any of the grabbers available.
Editing to include that if the user doesn't exist it should be auto created.

I would like to create an additional video format GIF, does the KVS team have a suggested encoding line to use for this format?

Would it be possible to take this one step forward and in access package not only can we assign the payment page url but also the signature key. I am using Verotel as my default billing method and each Verotel website has it's own signature key. The way it is set up now I need to process all transactions through the same Verotel approved website.
