I am getting error 500 only on the page

 

mysite..../admin/installation.php

 

and also if I want to configure the video server etc...

/admin/servers.php and /admin/servers_conversion.php

 

The following errors occurred while processing your request

Put / get / chmod / delete operations failed, insufficient permissions possible
