Tech Support Posted September 2 Posted September 2 It doesn't mean that we only work with tickets all the time and reply as soon as they are arrived. We also have to work with development activities. Our support is provided by developers in pauses between other work. All tickets are usually replied by the end of working day, unless they need some investigation that may be postponed for the next day. Quote
