I bought the KVS script monthly subscription, ad the support team should setup my server that i already had from tmdhosting.com, i am trying to reach the support team to make the setup through all the contact information they posted in their site, but i recieve no reply on my messages!
i contacted TMD support team ad they advised me to contact KVS support because of the error (invalid server) presented when putting the FTP server address.
I sent already all my VPS server and cpanel credentials to KVS support (SKYPE and Support ticket), and no reply till now!
Here is the latest message that i recieved from TMD hosting support team:
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
We have been able to complete the KVS installation form, however, we have also faced the same error message. As this is the case, we kindly ask that you contact your script’s vendor’s support team and ask that they provide further insight into the issue so we can further review the situation.
We will leave this ticket on ACR so you could update us with any clarification provided by the vendor’s support team.
We remain 24/7 at your immediate disposal
