HEllo, I have a problem with adding coinpayments to KVS. I mean, i managed to add it but once paid, nothing happens. I'll explain : So i go to the sign-up page. I choose a membership plan After this, my Coinpayments payment page opens Filling in the info (name, email) and i am chosing a crypto, in this case LTC The payment info page opens with details on where to send the payment. So far so good Also, on the email i used for sign up i am receiving from Coinpayments informations about how and where to send the crypto In a couple of minutes the payment page shows the status PAID! And a link to continue to my website which leads to a page that say the payment was processed. And..that's it. In my email that i used to sign up, i get not confirmation from the website itself( ulovebikini) with the membership access, pretty much nothing. Checked in the Memberzone tab inside the KVS admin, and there is no new user added, no pending..nothing. Inside the Coinpayments billing options, at package settings, the Context is set to : Signup and Upgrade, because i want users to signup and upograde at the same time. i am not offering any free registrations. As for the APi key i used texactly the one generated from my Coinpayments cpanel and added that key to billing options for Cpayyments And these are the settings that came by default for the api key So, what coul;d be the problem? It seems once payment sent and confirmed, users are not getting access to the premium zone of the website and also not receiving any message from KVS scrippt. I also tried the "forgot password option to see if it finds the email but teh message say that this email address cannot be found in the database. Please advise Thank you

Hi guys, I want to know what options do i have so i can add a Download video button on the video player. I am using Hosted file option for videos similar to this except that i won't be offering multiple files, just the same hosted file that has been used as video source, but to be available only for logged in users ( free or premium it is not important as that option is offered by the ultimate template so that part of the problem is fixed) Basically only users that have an account will be able to see the download link once they are logged in, for the rest of them they will just see the video thumbnail with the Join button ( unlock video button) Important to mention that i am not using a CDN/KVS setup. I am using the *Hosted file option when uploading videos with csv import option. Also a "download Video link or button inside the video player could be a good option with condition that also can't be used except for users that are registered, so either of these two options would be great. Thank you

sorry my bad. i wasn't paying attention to settings. i just removed the %text from the display date. Problem fixed~!

Hello, I want to disable the option where videos shown on the website pages also have the upload date and submitted details Basically i don't want the users to see when the videos have been uploaded at all on any page ( category or single video) Thank you for your answer

Hi, I tried to find a way on how to add HTML description under the video player. I am using hotlinking for video files and when i import videos with Text block i want to add a HTML description ( with link inside) that should appear under the video player. I tried to find a way , read the documentation but could not find a fix for this issue i have. As you can see in the image attached, the html code from description is not recognized. Can you please advise Thank you
